Una nueva especie de Ixchela Huber (Araneae: Pholcidae) de Honduras, con claves taxonómicas actualizadas, y primer registro de Physocyclus globosus (Taczanowski)

Resumo

El género de arañas Ixchela Huber (family Pholcidae) está compuesto por 22 especies, distribuidas principalmente en América del Norte y Central. Se describe una nueva especie, Ixchela komari sp. nov. del Departamento de Olancho, Honduras, basada en especímenes adultos machos y hembras, incrementando la diversidad conocida a 23 especies. Con esta descripción, la diversidad del género para Honduras aumenta a tres especies conocidas: Ixchela fúrcula (F. O. Pickard-Cambridge), I. viquezi Valdez-Mondragón, y la nueva especie descrita aquí, siendo el país más diverso de América Central de este género hasta el momento. Adicionalmente, Physocyclus globosus (Taczanowski) es reportada en Honduras por primera vez.
