Abstract

Rugofrontia synthetonyx, an argentine new species of Hadeninae (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)?. A new species, Rugofrontia synthetonyx (Noctuidae: Hadeninae), from Argentina is described; the adults and genitalia of both sexes are illustrated. The systematic position of this species is discussed and a key for the known species of the genus is provided.
