Contribution to the knowledge of Tardigrades from Argentina, IV

The tardigrade fauna of moss, lichens and aquatic plants from some localities of Salta, Jujuy and Tucumán provinces are studied. Twenty five species belonging to nine genera have been found, seven of which are new records for Argentina and two new species of Eutardigrada: Hypsibius saltensis sp. nov. and Isohypsibius tucumanensis sp. nov. are described.
